Help Spread Holiday Cheer to Metro Atlanta Youth In-Need

Alpharetta, GA.- Join EPIC Kids as we help spread holiday cheer to Metro Atlanta Youth in Need.

For the 2015 holiday season, EPIC Kids is partnering with Disney Friends for Change, generationON and local Atlanta area businesses to collect donations for holiday care packages in support of "Project EPIC Holiday" now through Nov 20th.

On Saturday-Nov 21st (National Family Volunteer Day), volunteers of all ages will create cards, help assemble and wrap packages for distribution to metro Atlanta youth in children's homes, foster care, emergency shelters and hospitals during the holidays.

"With the help of our local community, we hope to make this a wonderful holiday season for some very deserving kids who are going through tough times." said Kim Whitaker-Exec Director of EPIC Kids Foundation. "These care packages are all about telling young people that they are loved and that we're thinking on them."

Care packages can include practical items-like new blankets, non-perishable food items, toiletries, brushes/combs, hair accessories. But fun things are just as welcome....gift cards for movies, restaurants, new clothes and toys etc.

Interested in donating to this year's holiday care package project or having a donation box at your office or school? Contact Kim kwhitaker@epickidsfoundation.org (678.636.9566) or make a monetary donation now.
